Refunds | Rescheduling | Cancellations

Online Sessions / Coaching

We do not offer refunds on online coaching sessions. This policy ensures your full commitment to the program and its completion, as the coaching process is structured in progressive steps and designed within a specific timeframe for optimal results.

Session Expiry Periods (unless otherwise agreed):

Single sessions must be used within 30 days of booking.
1-month package must be used within 60 days of booking.
3-month package must be used within 120 days of booking.
6-month package must be used within 240 days of booking.

Clients will receive a private booking link, and it is their responsibility to schedule sessions within the designated timeframe.

A session may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the session will be forfeited, with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.

In-person sessions

Due to the intimate nature and advance planning required for in-person sessions, all payments for these sessions are non-refundable.

Online courses

All our online courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Your refund request will be honored based on the date you notify us of your intent to cancel via email. Please note that refund requests cannot be accepted after this period.

The School of Intimacy

The School of Intimacy is a subscription-based membership that includes a 15-day free trial. Once the trial period ends, payments will be automatically charged based on the membership plan selected.
By enrolling in the free trial, you acknowledge that your credit card will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel your trial at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. If you cancel by email, the date and time of your request will be honored, even if we are unable to respond immediately. As long as cancellation occurs before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
We do not offer refunds once the trial period has ended and your paid subscription has begun.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings or by reaching out to our support team. We are not responsible for multiple free trial sign-ups (which will be charged separately) or for forgetting about an active subscription. Managing your membership remains the client's responsibility.

Late Arrivals

Online & in-person session

If you arrive late, the missed time will be deducted from your session. For both online and in-person sessions, you have a 15-minute grace period. If you do not arrive within this time, the session will be canceled without a refund.

This policy is in place because the processes covered in each session require a minimum amount of time. Without the full session duration, it is not possible to properly follow the process or complete the necessary practices.
