FAQ

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the session?

You don't need to bring anything, I provide everything that's needed. Please come freshly washed. It’s good to take some time to reflect on your intention for the session. If possible, find time to center yourself and relax. Please do not eat or drink coffee for at least 1 hour prior to the session. Categorically no alcohol before the session. If you arrive under the influence of alcohol, the session will be cancelled with no refunds.

Are there any restrictions for after the session?

Drink a lot of water and rest. Do no engage in any intense activities. Your body is very receptive after the session, so stay away from social media and news. If possible, do not shower or eat for at least 2 hours after the session. No additional body work or massage for at least 24 hours, and no coffee or alcohol for at least 48 hours after the session.

How far do we go in a session?

The sessions explore sensuality and may bring pleasure or even arousal. There may be heavy breathing, touch and body-to-body contact. We may hug each other, sit in an embrace (yab-yum) or I may touch you to help move your energy. Consent and your safety is essential so I always check in with you what you feel comfortable with. We do not engage in any sexual activities. I honor your boundaries and I ask you to honor mine.
There is an exception for a Tantric Lingam Massage (for men), that includes touch of genitals.

Can I touch you or reciprocate in some way during the session?

This your opportunity to relax and receive, without the need to reciprocate or do anything. The process is most effective is if you fully surrender to the receptive state. The need to reciprocate is often an escape mechanism from going very deep. If you stay in your own experience you’ll be able to uncover deep, unconscious patterns, expand your body’s ability to feel pleasure and heal. This is your experience. My role is to hold space for you, guide you and create a safety container for you to go deep.

Will you be naked during the session?

No. I wear shorts and top in all the session.

Do I have to be naked?

In all the work we do together I ask you to wear comfortable shorts and a shirt.

FOR MEN: If we are working with touch and energy, I may ask you to be shirtless. The only time when you are fully naked is during a Tantric Lingam Massage.

What makes you qualified to offer such sessions?

Please see a list of my trainings HERE and read testimonials from other people HERE.

Where does the session take place?

If you come to work with me in Thailand, the session can happen either at my place or yours. If we meet on my tour, then we meet in your place. Many of my clients decide to book a hotel for the session to keep it confidential. This is absolutely ok, however please keep in mind that the hotel is covered by you.

Where can I meet with you?

I am based in South-East Asia, and I travel between Koh Phangan (Thailand), Bali (Indonesia) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia.) Once a year I come to Europe, visiting Poland and often London. I am available to travel to work with you. In this case flights and hotel are covered by you (thank you for treating me).

What if I get aroused?

This is natural, healthy and perfectly ok. When the sexual energy builds up, we work with it, moving it through the body.

What if I ejaculate (Tantric Lingam Massage)?

The power of a Tantric Lingam Massage lies in keeping all of the sexual energy in your body and then moving it. This keeps the energy from cumulating too much in your lingam and ejaculation. If, however, that does happen, it's ok. We are cultivation a healthy approach to our bodies and sexuality and there is no need to feel shame or guilt.

Wait, what is lingam? And yoni?

Lingam is a Sanskrit name for penis and means ‘symbol’ or ‘mark’. Yoni is a Sanskrit name for vulva, and means a ‘source’

Is there any benefit to online coaching as opposed to in-person sessions?

When we work in private, we work with your body and your energy. But sometimes what is needed is to work with the mind. Sometimes it’s about seeing a different point of view, talking through the issues, and getting a clear action plan. This is where coaching can bring enormous results.
